Public-surface privacy evidence

Scan first.Draft second.

See what a product's public surface sends, compare it with the published policy, and prepare a review-ready first draft for a supported jurisdiction. Recurring rescans can reveal later tracker drift.

A scan records what was observed and what could not be assessed; it does not issue a legal verdict.
01

Observe

Collect dated evidence from the product's public surface.

02

Compare

Reconcile observed services with the published policy.

03

Confirm

Ask for material business facts a scan cannot establish.

04

Draft & monitor

Prepare for review, then detect later tracker drift.

A reviewable method

Evidence becomes a draft without becoming a verdict.

Each stage keeps direct observation, interpretation, user-confirmed facts, and product limitations distinct.

1

Scan the public surface

Start with a website, SaaS product, store listing, or supported mobile-app package. No account is needed for a website scan.

2

Review the evidence

Inspect observed services, transmissions, policy references, consent behavior, capture quality, and explicit limitations.

3

Confirm the unknowns

Answer only the material questions the public evidence cannot determine, such as controller identity and retention choices.

4

Create and review

Prepare jurisdiction-specific draft documents, resolve every open fact, and keep qualified professional review in control.

The evidence boundary

Know what was observed—and what was not.

Reports identify their public-page scope, source state, capture quality, and limitations. Drafts keep unresolved facts visible until a reviewer closes them.

Professional review remains in control. PrivaScan supports investigation and drafting; it does not certify compliance or inspect authenticated, internal, checkout, or server-side processing.
Plans

Create once—or keep watching.

One-time draft workflows start at $9. Monitoring and Firm plans are optional recurring services. All prices are USD.

Straight answers

Questions before you scan.

Is this legal advice?

No. PrivaScan is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of compliance. It prepares evidence and draft starting points for qualified review.

What can the website scan observe?

Publicly accessible pages, network activity, detected services, cookies, forms, published policies, and technical consent behavior within the completed capture. It does not observe authenticated, internal, checkout, or server-side processing.

Will it work for my app?

Yes. Supported mobile packages are processed locally in your browser to inventory bundled SDKs, and store listings can be reviewed for their declared practices. Runtime behavior still needs separate verification.

Do I need an account?

Not to run a public website scan or buy a one-time draft. An account is required for saved private drafts, ongoing monitoring, Firm workspaces, and account billing.

Which drafting jurisdictions are supported?

GDPR for EU/EEA, CCPA/CPRA for California, LGPD for Brazil, PIPEDA for Canada, POPIA for South Africa, plus supported App Store and Google Play disclosure outputs.

What does monitoring detect?

Recurring public-page comparisons can reveal tracker identifiers that appeared or disappeared since the prior snapshot. That is a review signal—not whole-site monitoring or an automated legal conclusion.
